About the book
When somebody travels do so with weight and price limitations, the books often seen in the Peruvian bookshops are heavy and expensive. They are big treaties in the subject, but not every one can take them home, they are fantastic Peruvian Cookery books in Spanish that can’t be read for the non Spanish Speakers. There are also books prepared for Chefs de Cuisine.

Flora’s Peruvian Recipes is light (170 gm), very visual (with more than 90 photos), very pedagogic (step by step) and cheap. Besides, from the second number it is bilingual (English-Spanish) and best of all, each recipe has been prepared without special ingredients, due to the wealth of recipes and ingredients that can be found in Peru, a country with 84 of the one hundred and something weathers there are in the earth, we can eat Peruvian at every meal. The simplicity of the home food is the best asset of this book.

About us
The first book has been created, photographed, written, produced and edited by Flor Arcaya de Deliot, house-wife in London 2005. The printing has been made in a very famous printing house in Lima Peru. The second came in March 2006.
We would like to have regular editions of these books, each one with different recipes and increasing difficulty degree.

This book was designed to fill a need and to help all the people interested in Peruvian Food who was not able to get all the ingredients found in Peru. We also thought of all the Peruvians living abroad, newlyweds or single people far from the family cooking or their favourite restaurants.
The main costumer, we thought could be the thousand hundreds of tourists visiting Peru each year.
